Taking the SAT's at Beaver?
Click here for the CollegeBoard website where you can register for the SAT's and/or get your scores online.  Be sure to make use of the practice materials provided by CollegeBoard and sign up to receive the Question of the Day.
Students should arrive by 7:45 AM and enter through the main entrance near the bell tower.

What to bring on test day:

Admission Ticket
Photo Identification
Two No. 2 Pencils and a Soft Eraser
Acceptable Calculator (Graphing or Scientific - check CollegeBoard website)
Drink and/or Snack for Breaks
You should not bring your cell phone.

When to take the test:

Most students take the SAT during their junior year in high school.  At least half of all students take the SAT twice - in the spring of their junior year and in the fall of their senior year.  Most students also improve their score the second time around.

SAT Subject Tests:

Most students take them toward the end of their junior year or at the beginning of senior year.  Only certain colleges/universities require SAT Subject Tests.
