On Tuesday, December 1st, the Beaver Area School Board voted to extend virtual learning until the community spread of COVID-19 falls to moderate levels for two full, consecutive weeks. Therefore, all students will continue to receive full virtual instruction until further notice.
For these virtual days, the District will be following a normal daily schedule with regards to start and end times. This means that Dutch Ridge Elementary School will be delivering live instruction from 8:40 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. The specific schedule that your child's homeroom will follow is outlined below.
At the time of each class, students should access the Schoology page for that specific class for further directions regarding the expectations for the day and how to access live instruction. Likewise, students should be logging into a Google Meet to receive live instruction at the time each class is scheduled. If students do not attend their classes at the time they are scheduled each day, they will be marked absent for that class on that day.
For this time that we are virtual, Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays will be treated as synchronous school days with live instruction taking place via a Google Meet.
