Policies and Procedures

The Beaver Area School Board (hereinafter referred to as the District) shall determine and adopt lawful policies and programs that are deemed necessary for the efficient operation and general improvement of the school district. Federal, state legislative and judicial bodies continue to adopt and revise statutes and issue legal decisions affecting school districts.   In order to contribute to an orderly and efficient operation of the school district, it is necessary for the Board to keep its policies updated accordingly.

The intent of all policy is to present clear and concise directives to the staff, and to serve as a public communication tool with specific attention to students, parents and/or guardians.
