2023-2024 SPORTS PHYSICALS
Spring sports physicals will be offered on TBD, in the high school nurse's office from TBD. Any student that needs a spring sports physical must sign up by clicking on the following link: Fall Sports Physical Sign-up Form
After the fall/winter sports season, students that will participate in the spring sports season MUST complete Section 8 (recertification) of the PIAA CIPPE in PlanetHS prior to the start of their season. An additional physical exam is NOT REQUIRED.
Completed and signed athletic physical paperwork must be submitted through PlanetHS for those completing physical exams on their own. ALL SPORTS PHYSICALS MUST BE DATED ON/AFTER JUNE 1, 2023 TO BE VALID FOR THE 2022-2023 SPORTS SEASONS. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS PIAA POLICY. REMINDER: students AND parents should complete their Student Central registration first then print out PIAA CIPPE Section 6 & 7 forms for their physical exam date.
