• Previous coaching experience, preferably at the high school or college level
• Strong knowledge of the sport's rules, strategies, and techniques
• Excellent leadership, organization and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes
• Dedication to the academic and personal development of players
• Solid knowledge of PIAA rules and regulations
• Experience with the college recruiting process
