 Executive Assistant and Enrollment Coordinator
 
The Executive Assistant and Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the Superintendent's office by providing administrative support to the Superintendent, coordinating public relations events, and facilitating & tracking the enrollment of all new, returning, and cyber/charter students.
 
Qualifications:
  •  Associates Degree in Accounting, Business, Communications, or similar field preferred.
  •  Five (5) years advanced administrative assistant experience preferred.
  •  Prior experience in executive office of public school district or similar entity preferred.
  •  Experience with Web 2.0 tools, web page management, Twitter, Facebook, and other emerging technologies.
  •  Demonstrated work ethic that is strong and consistent, with the ability to multi-task in a team-oriented environment.
  •  Demonstrated excellence in organization, communication, technology, and interpersonal skills, the ability to maintain 
         confidentiality, and a personal outlook that prizes continuous learning.
