*** Parents should apply online for free/reduced lunch by October 5, 2023,
even if you were approved as Free/Reduced last school year ***
If you think you might qualify, please go to www.schoolcafe.com to apply or to check your eligibility. This information is also available on the District website (www.basd.k12.pa.us) under Food Service tab.
Please apply by October 5, 2023.
If you do not apply online for Free/Reduced Lunch by October 5, 2023
your child may begin to accrue debt in the cafeteria.
If you need help completing the Free/Reduced meal online application, there are specialists in the
Business Office (724-774-0251) who are ready to help! Ask for Karen or Denise.
Steps to Success:
- We have moved to online applications. Please go to www.schoolcafe.com on your computer, smartphone or tablet.
- Sign up and complete the form.
- If you do not have access to a computer, smartphone or tablet, you can stop in the Business Office at 1300 Fifth Street, and we will help you apply online.
